About the Company

My client, a growing and performance-led digital marketing agency based in Chelmsford, is seeking a talented PPC Executive to join the team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who lives and breathes paid media and wants to hone their skills across Google Ads and Meta Ads, working hands-on across multiple client accounts in a fast-paced agency environment.

You will be joining a collaborative, data-driven team passionate about delivering high-impact digital campaigns and exceptional client results.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, build, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Conduct keyword and audience research, audience segmentation & targeting
• Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance and KPIs
• Manage budgets and bid strategies to maximise ROAS and CPA targets
• Develop and test ad creatives, messaging, and landing page approaches
• Produce clear performance reports and deliver insights to internal teams and clients
• Stay up to date with platform updates, advertising trends, and best practices

Skills & Experience

Required

• 1-3 years' experience managing PPC campaigns, ideally in an agency
• Hands-on experience running Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
• Strong understanding of campaign structure, optimisation techniques & analytics
• Ability to analyse data, draw insights, and communicate next steps clearly
• Experience using Google Analytics / GA4 & Meta Ads reporting
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
