The position combines 2nd and occasional 3rd line support responsibilities with project delivery work, providing excellent variety and the opportunity to further develop your technical expertise.You will work closely with both clients and internal teams, acting as a technical escalation point while also contributing to infrastructure upgrades, cloud migrations, and wider IT improvement projects.Key ResponsibilitiesProviding 2nd and some 3rd line technical support across a range of client environmentsManaging and resolving escalated service desk ticketsSupporting Microsoft 365 and Azure environmentsAdministering Active Directory and Entra IDTroubleshooting server, network, and infrastructure issuesAssisting with the design, implementation, and delivery of IT projectsSupporting cloud migrations and infrastructure upgradesMaintaining high levels of customer service and communicationCreating and maintaining technical documentationOccasional client site visits for project work and technical supportSkills & ExperienceWe are interested in speaking with candidates who have experience with a number of the following technologies:Previous experience in a 2nd line MSP support positionExperience working within an MSP environment would be highly beneficialMicrosoft 365AzureActive Directory and Entra IDWindows ServerIntuneExchange OnlineNetworking technologies including DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VLANs, and firewallsVirtualisation technologies such as VMware or Hyper-VBackup and disaster recovery solutionsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and customer-facing abilitiesWhat's on Offer Salary between £30,000 and £40,000 depending on experienceOpportunity to join an award-winning and rapidly growing MSPExposure to a wide range of technologies and client environmentsProject work alongside day-to-day support responsibilitiesClear progression opportunities as the business continues to expandSupportive leadership team that invests in employee developmentOngoing training and certification supportFlexible working arrangementsModern and collaborative working environmentIf you're an ambitious IT professional looking to join a business on an exciting growth journey, we'd love to hear from you.TPBN1_UKTJ
