For over 30 years, we have been helping organisations design, implement and support enterprise networking solutions, covering LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, Collaboration and Security.
As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Senior Network Engineer to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you'll work across a variety of projects and support activities, collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver reliable, secure and innovative network solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and maintain enterprise-level network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and network security).Monitor and optimise network performance, troubleshooting complex issues and applying corrective measures.
Configure and manage networking equipment including routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless technologies (predominantly Cisco).Carry out on-site installations and upgrades when required.
Provide technical escalation for the support team, offering guidance and mentoring.
Conduct network assessments, capacity planning and create documentation to support network stability and compliance.
Key Skills & QualificationsCCNP Enterprise (or equivalent experience/qualification) with strong, practical knowledge of Cisco networking technologies. Proficiency in routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP), switching technologies (VLANs, STP, EtherChannel), and QoS.Hands-on experience with Cisco ASA/FTD firewalls, wireless solutions (Catalyst or Meraki), and VPN technologies.
