A fast-growing digital marketing agency based in Worcester is looking for a confident and capable Digital Account Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for digital marketing, strong client relationship skills, and a drive to deliver outstanding results.

You'll be the key point of contact for a portfolio of clients-leading digital campaigns, managing timelines, and ensuring every project meets or exceeds expectations.

• Act as the day-to-day contact for clients, managing communications and building strong, lasting relationships
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee the delivery of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media, content, email, etc.)
• Liaise with internal teams (design, content, digital) to ensure seamless project execution
• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular, data-driven reporting and insights
• Spot opportunities for growth within accounts and contribute to client retention and satisfaction

• 2+ years of experience in a digital marketing or account management role (agency background essesntial)
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Commercial awareness and the confidence to advise clients on strategy and performance
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines with ease
