About Us -

We're a growing IT Solutions provider based in Newcastle, delivering managed IT services, cloud, cybersecurity, and infrastructure solutions exclusively to commercial and private sector organisations. As we continue to scale, we're looking for a driven Account Manager to join our high-performing sales team

The Role -

You'll manage and develop an established portfolio of private sector clients, building strong commercial relationships and identifying opportunities to grow revenue across our full solutions portfolio. This is a consultative, target-driven role focused purely on business customers - no public sector frameworks.

Key Responsibilities -

  • Manage, retain, and grow existing commercial accounts
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across managed services, cloud, and security
  • Conduct regular client reviews and strategic planning meetings
  • Develop tailored proposals in collaboration with technical teams
  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets

About You -

  • Proven B2B account management experience (IT/tech sector preferred)
  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
  • Confident managing decision-makers at SME and mid-market level
  • Motivated by targets and uncapped commission
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
