CRM Manager (App-Based) (Hybrid) Location: Midlands (Hybrid)Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (DOE)

About the Role We're looking for a strategic and technically strong CRM Manager to take ownership of the end-to-end customer journey. This is more than just campaign execution you'll be responsible for shaping and optimising the entire lifecycle, from first interaction through to long-term retention.

You'll design and deliver automated workflows, personalised experiences, and data-driven campaigns that directly impact customer growth and lifetime value. Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior marketing stakeholders to develop and execute a high-performing CRM strategy aligned to business goals

  • Build and optimise automated lifecycle campaigns that guide users through key journey stages

  • Segment audiences using behavioural and transactional data, ensuring highly relevant and personalised communications

  • Collaborate with product and data teams to enhance conversion strategies, including pricing, offers, and in-app experiences

  • Plan and deliver A/B testing programmes, continuously refining messaging, timing, and channel performance

  • Create and manage targeted campaigns across multiple channels including email, push notifications, and in-app messaging

  • Monitor performance metrics, build reports and dashboards, and translate data into actionable insights

  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to deliver seamless customer journeys

  • Maintain a strong understanding of CRM platforms, workflows, and channel best practices

  • Identify trends, opportunities, and new approaches to improve engagement and retention

  • Stay up to date with industry developments and emerging CRM technologies

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years' hands-on experience in a CRM or lifecycle marketing role

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting, data interpretation, and A/B testing

  • Experience in customer segmentation and personalisation strategies

  • Confident working with CRM platforms and multi-channel campaign delivery

  • Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Basic HTML knowledge is advantageous

  • Experience targeting younger demographics is beneficial
