Creative Lead (Office-Based) Birmingham | £38,000 DOE

I'm working with a fantastic Birmingham-based client who's looking for an experienced Creative Lead to take charge of their creative direction and inspire a talented in-house team. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on creative with a passion for design, digital, and storytelling - someone ready to bring bold ideas to life and make a real impact.

You'll play a key role in shaping the brand's visual identity, leading creative projects from concept through to execution, and driving a culture of innovation and collaboration.

• Lead and mentor a growing creative team, encouraging bold thinking and creative excellence.

• Take full ownership of design and digital projects - from initial concept to final delivery.

• Work closely with strategy, design, and development teams to deliver engaging, user-focused digital experiences.

• Confidently present creative ideas and pitches to stakeholders and clients.

• Stay ahead of trends, tools, and technologies to keep creative output fresh and impactful.

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a creative or design leadership role within a digital or design-focused environment.

• A strong portfolio showcasing creative direction, web design, and brand storytelling.

• Excellent understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar design tools.

• Proven experience leading or mentoring a creative team.

• Competitive salary up to £38,000 DOE.
