We're looking for a Business Development Manager (MSP) to spearhead growth, build strategic partnerships, and position our managed services as the go-to choice for forward-thinking businesses.
What You'll Be Doing * Hunt for new opportunities - identify, pursue, and secure new business across IT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and application support.* Be a trusted advisor - build strong client relationships, understand their goals, and craft solutions that deliver real business impact.* Sell with expertise - collaborate with technical teams to design tailored managed service solutions.* Drive growth - develop and execute strategies, manage pipelines, and exceed sales targets.* Lead deals from pitch to close - prepare compelling proposals, deliver presentations, and negotiate contracts.* Stay ahead of the curve - monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.* Ensure smooth handovers - work with service delivery and account teams to guarantee excellent client experiences.
What We're Looking For* Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management in IT services / MSP space (5+ years preferred).* Solid knowledge of managed services offerings - from cloud computing and infrastructure to cybersecurity and applications.* Strong consultative sales skills - able to influence senior stakeholders and close complex deals.* Excellent communication and presentation abilities.* Strategic, analytical thinker with commercial awareness.* Ability to manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment.* Resilient, adaptable, and results-driven mindset.
