Location: Milton Keynes (Hybrid)

Salary: Up to £40k (DOE)

I'm working with a leading digital agency client in Milton Keynes who are looking to hire a talented Paid Media Specialist to join their growing performance team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid hands-on paid media experience who's ready to take ownership of campaigns across a mix of exciting B2B and B2C clients.

The Role:

  • Plan, build, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and reporting to ensure strong ROI
  • Develop creative testing strategies to improve CTR and conversion rates
  • Collaborate with account managers, creatives, and analytics teams to deliver integrated campaigns
  • Provide regular reporting and insights, making data-led recommendations
  • Keep up to date with platform updates, paid media trends, and competitor activity

About You:

  • 2-3 years' hands-on experience in paid search (PPC) and paid social
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Comfortable working with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio (GA4 knowledge essential)
  • Able to analyse campaign data and present insights clearly
  • Experience managing budgets of £10k+ per month
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Agency experience ideal, but strong client-side specialists will also be considered

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Google Ads or Meta certifications
  • Experience with programmatic/display platforms
  • Knowledge of CRO and A/B testing tools
