Project Manager - Finance System Implementation (Legal Sector) Location: Hybrid / London, UK Salary: £80,000 - £120,000

My client, a leading global law firm, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end deployment of a new finance system. We are looking for experience project managers in the Legal industry with experience with either Workday Finance or Elite Cloud. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in a global transformation initiative within a dynamic and forward-thinking legal environment.

As the Project Manager, you will take full ownership of the delivery of a new finance system implementation across global offices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the successful end-to-end delivery of the firm's new finance system (Workday Finance or Elite Cloud).
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, risks, and governance frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with Finance, IT, and Practice Management teams to ensure alignment and successful adoption.
• Manage relationships with vendors and third-party partners.
• Provide clear communication and reporting to senior stakeholders across the business.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with firm objectives.

Experience Required

• Proven experience managing full lifecycle finance system implementations within the legal sector (essential).
• Multiple successful deployments of major finance systems (Workday Finance, Elite 3E, Aderant, or similar) within law firms.
• Strong understanding of legal finance processes and change management in professional services environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, global firm.
