About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Software Developer to join our team. You will design, build, and maintain secure, scalable software solutions, while providing technical leadership and mentoring junior developers. You'll work closely with product owners and stakeholders to turn business requirements into high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities- Develop, test, and deploy robust full-stack software solutions
- Lead code reviews and promote coding standards and best practices
- Mentor junior developers and support team knowledge sharing
- Contribute to architecture and technical design decisions
- Work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimise systems for performance and scalability
- Strong experience with C# / .NET
- Strong experience with JavaScript / TypeScript
- Experience working within the Microsoft technology stack
- Proven experience in full-stack development
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks (e.g. React)
- Understanding of backend development principles and APIs
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Full, clean UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Experience with SQL and database design
- Experience with Microsoft Azure
- Experience working in regulated environments (e.g. health, justice, government)
- Experience leading technical teams or initiatives
- Familiarity with microservices or cloud-native architectures
