Service Desk Engineer £25,000-£35,000 DOE Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire Hybrid Working

What we're looking for: Must Haves:* Experience working for an MSP or fast-paced IT service desk environment* Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)* Basic understanding of networking concepts (e.g., DNS, DHCP, VPN)* Familiarity with Windows operating systems and common desktop support tasks* Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities* Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn and manage competing priorities.

Desirables:

Microsoft Fundamentals certifications:* MS-900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals * AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals * SC-900: Microsoft Security, Compliance & Identity Fundamentals* Familiarity with ITSM toolsets (e.g., Halo, Autotask, ServiceNow)* Knowledge of RMM tools for device monitoring and remote support* ITIL Foundation certification or awareness of ITIL principles* Microsoft Fundamentals certifications:
