UX / UI Product Designer

Hybrid - Milton Keynes | Up to £40k

A growing technology company in the SaaS space is looking for a UX / UI Product Designer to take full ownership of the product experience.

This is a fast-paced scale-up environment with a major 2025 roadmap focused on improving user journeys, building a design system, and introducing AI-driven workflows. You'll work autonomously and move quickly, collaborating closely with product and engineering.

What you'll do

• Design and optimise key B2B workflows (e.g. dashboard, analytics, alerts)
• Create journey maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
• Build and maintain a scalable design system in Figma
• Run user research and usability testing with enterprise customers
• Iterate based on data and feedback (analytics + qualitative insights)
• Work closely with product and engineering to deliver pixel-perfect UI

You'll need

• 4+ years' experience designing complex B2B SaaS products
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end UX process and shipped work
• Excellent UX research skills (interviews, testing, heuristic reviews)
• Expert in Figma (or equivalent) and prototyping
• Experience working with design systems and React teams
• Solid understanding of accessibility and responsive design
• Strong written communication and async working style

Nice to have

• Experience with feedback, survey or analytics platforms
• Familiarity with component libraries (Storybook, MUI, Chakra, etc.)
• Motion design experience (Framer Motion, Lottie)
• Basic HTML/CSS
