We're partnering with a growing digital agency looking for a talented Web Developer to join their close-knit team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a developer who enjoys solving problems, building high-quality web solutions, and wants to play a key role within a business where their contribution genuinely matters. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll help shape projects, influence technical decisions, and have a clear path towards mentoring and leadership responsibilities as the team grows.

The business is also embracing modern development practices, including AI-assisted coding tools, making this an exciting opportunity for someone who is curious about emerging technologies and continuous improvement.

The Role

  • Develop and maintain bespoke websites and web applications
  • Build solutions using PHP, Laravel, and WordPress
  • Work on both new development projects and enhancements to existing platforms
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver quality outcomes
  • Contribute to technical discussions and development best practices
  • Utilise AI-assisted development tools to improve efficiency and workflow
  • Support the future growth of the development team through knowledge sharing and mentoring

Skills & Experience

  • Commercial experience developing with PHP
  • Strong Laravel and WordPress experience
  • Good understanding of MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience using Git/version control
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • A curious mindset with a genuine interest in technology and AI
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
