We are seeking a software engineer to help build a new greenfield platform. The role involves full-stack development, system design, and working closely within a small, collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement new features, services, and APIs
• Write secure, maintainable code using TDD
• Collaborate with internal and external developers
• Contribute to technical decisions and best practices

Essential Requirements

• 3+ years commercial software development experience
• Strong Ruby on Rails and modern JavaScript skills
• Front-end experience (HTML, CSS/SASS)
• Experience with PostgreSQL
• Git and Agile workflow experience
