Workday/HRIS Procurement Consultant - Functional Implementation Specialist (Contract)

We're looking for an experienced Workday Procurement Consultant to join a client project and lead the functional implementation of Workday Procurement. This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with stakeholders to design, configure, and deliver solutions that make a real impact.

What You'll Do

• Run workshops with clients to understand their procurement needs and translate them into Workday solutions.
• Configure Workday Procurement modules such as Supplier Accounts, Purchase Orders, Invoicing, and Expenses.
• Guide the project through the full life cycle, from design and testing to go-live and post-implementation support.
• Share best practices and help clients adopt Workday effectively.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and technical teams to ensure everything works seamlessly.

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience in Workday Procurement implementations (functional focus).
• Deep understanding of procurement processes and how they integrate with HR and Finance.
• Hands-on configuration experience in Workday Procurement.
• Great communication skills and the ability to work with clients confidently.
• Previous consulting experience is a plus, and Workday certifications are highly desirable.
