Business Analyst
Business Analyst – Leicester (Hybrid)
We're supporting a client in search of a Business Analyst to join their transformation programme. They are undergoing a major tech-enabled change initiative, with a strong focus on modernising core systems and improving service delivery through agile practices.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading workshops, mapping 'as-is' and 'to-be' processes
- Writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Working closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and delivery teams
- Using Jira and Confluence to keep things moving
- Building business cases and supporting change adoption
- Helping shape BA practice and ways of working
What we're looking for:
- 4-6 years in a BA role, ideally in tech/digital transformation
- Strong Agile/Scrum experience
- Confident with tools like Jira, BPMN, and data analysis
- Great communicator and stakeholder manager
- Able to work independently and juggle priorities
Bonus points for:
- BCS/IIBA certification or relevant degree
- Experience with ERP, CRM (Salesforce preferred), LMS systems
- Positive mindset, enthusiasm, and strong interpersonal skills (just as important as technical capability)
- Background in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) processes or projects
