Senior Rust Developer | Crypto Trading | London | £120k–£160k

You’ll be working end-to-end, from design through to production, in a 24/7 trading environment where what you build has immediate, visible impact.

What you’ll be doing:

-Designing and building high-performance applications in Rust

-Working on real-time trading and supporting systems

-Improving scalability, reliability, and system performance

-Collaborating closely with senior engineers on architecture and design

-Mentoring junior developers and contributing to engineering standards

-Supporting production systems in a live trading environment

What they’re looking for:

-5–8+ years’ software engineering experience

-Strong commercial experience with Rust

-Solid Linux background

-Experience with multithreading, low-latency, or high-throughput systems

-Familiarity with WebSockets, REST APIs, or real-time data pipelines

-Interest in financial markets or crypto (not essential, but beneficial)

-Someone who takes ownership and enjoys solving complex problems
