SAP Transformation Program Manager

Are you an experienced Program Manager with a strong background in large-scale SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud finance transformations

A leading provider of airport ground services and air cargo handling is looking for a Program Manager – SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud (Finance) to take full ownership of a global ERP transformation program.

In this role, you will hold end-to-end accountability for planning, governance, and execution of the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud rollout across multiple countries. You will lead cross-functional teams, system integrators, and senior stakeholders to ensure the program delivers measurable business value while adhering to SAP Best Practices and Fit-to-Standard principles.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Owning the overall SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud program delivery across scope, timeline, budget, and quality
  • Establishing and leading program governance, steering committees, and decision forums
  • Acting as the main interface to senior leadership and executive stakeholders
  • Driving integrated planning across business, finance, IT, and implementation partners
  • Enforcing Fit-to-Standard and SAP Best Practices with controlled deviation management
  • Managing risks, dependencies, and quality gates throughout the program lifecycle
  • Overseeing system integrators and external partners to ensure delivery excellence
  • Leading multi-country rollouts including readiness, cutover, hypercare, and transition to operations
  • Owning organizational change management, communication, and training strategy
  • Ensuring business readiness, user adoption, and post-go-live continuous improvement

To succeed in this role, you should bring:

  • 10+ years of experience leading large-scale ERP transformation programs
  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations
  • Deep understanding of Finance & Accounting processes
  • Proven experience managing global templates and multi-country rollouts
  • Strong budget ownership and financial management experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including C-level interaction
  • Ability to lead large, international teams in complex, matrix environments
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Willingness to travel internationally (up to ~40%)
