We are looking for talented and motivated Apprentices to join our 2024 intake. As a successful candidate, you will receive comprehensive training and mentoring to become a first-rate Engineer with expertise in all aspects of technical support for our business.

Role

We have Engineering Apprenticeships available at our modern facility in Milton Keynes, where you will learn how to design and build high-quality machines that can reach up to 28 metres and are sold worldwide.

You will earn a competitive salary of £14,518.4, which will increase every year. You will also benefit from a comprehensive training programme that includes working in our inhouse training centre, shadowing experienced technicians, and attending Milton Keynes College on a paid release basis. You will gain valuable skills and knowledge in mechanical assembly, hydraulic fitting and electrical and installation.

Training

You'll be studying at Milton Keynes College Innovation & Technology Centre.

Throughout your apprenticeship you'll get:

Qualifications:

  • Level 2 Foundation Competence 
  • Level 3 Development Competence 
  • Level 3 Development Technical Knowledge 
  • Plus, an appropriate Level 3 Engineering qualification that will be specific to the path that is selected
  • Example potential roles at the end of the apprenticeship: Skilled Production / Assembly Manufacturing Technician, Service Engineer, Development Technician, Production Team Leader.
