Salary: Up to £75k + benefits
This is a great opportunity to join this law firm during their AI transformation journey. They are seeking an AI Technical Lead to join their growing IT function, based out of one of their offices in the South East of the UK.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role focused on turning early AI adoption into secure, scalable and production-ready capabilities across the firm. Working closely with the AI Product Manager and cross‐functional teams (including Development, Data, Security, Knowledge Management and L&D), the role will lead the design, build and delivery of AI-enabled workflows, particularly around Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Agents, document drafting/review, and knowledge management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Productising M365 Copilot and Copilot Agents in priority workflows and delivering practical integrations into existing systems
- Building and shipping small services, automations and integrations
- Supporting build vs buy decisions for AI tools and platforms
- Ensuring solutions are secure, auditable and well governed
- Driving adoption through collaboration, enablement and change management
Ideal candidates will be hands-on technical leads with strong experience delivering production-grade software and integrations, confidence coding (e.g. C#/.NET or Python), practical experience deploying AI-assisted workflows, and a solid understanding of cloud security and governance. Experience in legal or regulated environments and familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and legal tech platforms is desirable.
