Account Executive

Job DescriptionAccount Executive (Sales) - Remote with occasional travel to client site (UK-Wide) and offices (Kent, London). • Responsible for achieving and surpassing individual performance targets.

• Engage with clients to evaluate their needs and continuously identify opportunities for growth within the existing client portfolio through gap analysis.

• Develop and nurture strong client relationships to retain business and attract new customers by confidently representing the company's brand and products.

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure all client requirements are effectively fulfilled.

• Address and resolve client complaints while maintaining detailed records of all account-related activities.

• Serve as the primary client liaison within the organisation to deliver exceptional customer service tailored to each client.

• Gather and analyse consumer behaviour data to track trends and adapt to evolving client needs.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in account management or sales-oriented roles.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities to effectively resolve client complaints and address their needs.

• Current knowledge of consumer behaviour trends within the industry.

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse clients and collaborating across departments.

• Proficient analytical skills for interpreting and evaluating client data.

• Strong multitasking and time management capabilities to handle multiple clients and responsibilities simultaneously.

• Advanced negotiation and motivational skills to drive positive outcomes
