Account Manager
Account Manager - (Home-Based, UK Only)
Nigel Frank International are partnered with an established Microsoft Business Applications Partner who are looking to add a talented Account Manager to their forward-thinking organisation.
They are keen to speak with experienced Account Manager's who have the ability to take ownership of high-profile customers and make a significant contribution to the continuous improvement of the organisations account management capability.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and Nurture relationships with a portfolio of high-value clients, acting as the main commercial contact
- Develop and execute tailored account plans that align with each customer's goals and business priorities
- Lead regular client engagement activities, including performance reviews and strategic planning sessions
- Collaborate cross-functionality to ensure delivery commitments are met and customer initiatives are progressed effectively
- Identify and capitalise on revenue opportunities, including account expansion, additional services, and optimisation
Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrable experience in account management or client-facing commercial roles, ideally within SaaS, ERP, or subscription-based environments
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar platforms.
- Proven ability to manage complex customer relationships involving multiple stakeholders
- Commercially astute, with a track record of retaining and growing client accounts
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and operate independently.
