Location: Manchester (Hybrid - 2/3 days in office)

Salary: Up to £40,000 depending on experience

What you'll do:

• Work closely with stakeholders across departments to analyse and improve business processes

• Support system enhancements, integrations, and reporting within core business applications

• Bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams, translating requirements effectively

• Contribute to e-commerce and digital transformation initiatives

• Get involved in broader business projects, supporting continuous growth and improvement

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within a retail or e-commerce environment

• Exposure to business applications, ERP, or CRM systems

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• A proactive attitude and willingness to get stuck in across all areas of the business
