CRM Senior Business Analyst - London (Hybrid) - c£60K

A leading national organisation is seeking a CRM Senior Business Analyst to play a key role in a major CRM transformation programme at the heart of organisational change. This is an exciting opportunity to shape how customer engagement, data, and processes are delivered across a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.

As a CRM Senior Business Analyst, you'll work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and implementation partners to translate business needs into scalable CRM solutions. You'll drive requirements definition, workshop facilitation, process analysis, and solution design to ensure the CRM platform delivers measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements gathering across multiple business areas, translating needs into clear user stories and functional specifications.
• Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and stakeholder sessions to validate requirements and drive consensus.
• Perform gap analysis between current systems and future CRM capabilities.
• Support data migration and integration planning across legacy and new platforms.
• Collaborate with technical teams, architects, and data SMEs to shape solution design.
• Ensure requirements support delivery across Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.

Skills & Experience:

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong experience delivering CRM transformation projects.
• Hands-on experience with major CRM platforms (e.g. Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or similar).
• Experience working with third-party implementation partners.
• Knowledge of data, integration's, and reporting tools.
• Experience writing clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria.
