Job DescriptionWe're seeking a skilled CRM Developer to join a forward-thinking financial services organisation (part of a global group). This full-time role involves working across Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics platforms to deliver and support business-critical CRM solutions in a highly regulated environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Design and implement CRM solutions using Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Customise and configure CRM systems to align with evolving business needs.

Develop and manage integrations between CRM and other enterprise systems via APIs.

Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, estimate effort, and deliver on time.

Support system upgrades, performance optimisation, and ongoing maintenance.

Ensure all development aligns with IT security, governance, and compliance policies.

Produce technical documentation and participate in team code reviews and knowledge sharing.
What we're looking for:

3-5 years of professional experience developing with Salesforce (Apex, Lightning, Visualforce).

Practical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM), including Power Platform.

Strong understanding of CRM architecture, integration methods, and data modelling.

Experience integrating with third-party platforms via REST/SOAP APIs.

Familiar with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps methodologies.

Agile mindset with experience working in sprint-based environments.
Desirable:

Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.

Background in financial services or other regulated industries.

Understanding of data protection and compliance standards (e.g. GDPR).
