CRM Manager

Job Description We're looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Manager to lead the ongoing development, optimisation, and integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE. This is a key role driving a major digital transformation to enhance engagement, data quality, and operational efficiency. You'll work closely with stakeholders to ensure the CRM empowers teams to make informed, data-led decisions and deliver impactful services.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop, configure, and customise D365 CE to meet business needs

  • Lead data governance, quality, and GDPR compliance

  • Manage integrations with other systems and platforms

  • Oversee data models, segmentation, and reporting dashboards

  • Provide actionable insights to support strategic planning

  • Deliver training, create user guides, and promote best practice

  • Act as the CRM champion, driving adoption and continuous improvement

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing and developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE

  • Strong understanding of CRM architecture, data structures, and integrations

  • Experience with data governance and GDPR compliance

  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

  • Excellent documentation and stakeholder engagement skills

  • (Desirable) Charity or NFP sector experience

  • (Desirable) Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Marketing, Power Platform, or Customer Insights
