CRM Manager
Job Description A mission-led organisation undergoing a digital transformation is looking for a CRM Manager to lead the development and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365. This is a strategic yet hands-on role focused on embedding CRM at the heart of operations, driving insight, automation, and cross-functional efficiency. Working on a hybrid basis (3 days per week in office), the CRM Manager will play a key role in enabling personalised, data-driven support to a wide and valued community. Role & Responsibilities

Lead the ongoing configuration, development, and improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365

Manage CRM architecture, permissions, workflows, and business automation

Oversee data governance, quality control, and GDPR compliance

Drive the integration of CRM with finance, events, and volunteer management systems

Deliver training and user documentation to support organisation-wide adoption

Support the development of engagement models and journey mapping using CRM data

Provide actionable insights through custom reporting and dashboards

Champion best practice and system optimisation in alignment with strategic goals
Skills & Qualifications
Essential
-
Proven experience managing and developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

Strong understanding of CRM architecture, integrations, and business automation

Experience with data governance, GDPR compliance, and consent management

Skilled in translating business needs into CRM functionality

Confident communicator with experience in training and stakeholder engagement
Desirable

Experience in the charity or non-profit sector

Knowledge of Power Platform, Customer Insights, or Dynamics 365 Marketing

Familiarity with case management, supporter engagement, or fundraising systems
