Business Development Manager – Microsoft Partner (D365)

Location: UK-based (Remote/Hybrid Options)

Type: Permanent

Salary: £70,000 base + double OTE

We are working with a leading Microsoft Partner that is rapidly expanding its Dynamics 365 practice. As part of their continued growth, they are looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager to join their commercial team.

The Role

This is a strategic sales position focused on identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities for D365 solutions. You will work closely with marketing, pre-sales, and delivery teams to position high-value solutions that support digital transformation for mid-market and enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business sales across the Dynamics 365 portfolio
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across target clients
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure
  • Collaborate with Microsoft on joint go-to-market initiatives
  • Prepare and present tailored proposals that address client pain points and deliver measurable value

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within the Microsoft ecosystem
  • Track record of success selling ERP or CRM solutions (preferably D365)
  • Strong commercial acumen and a consultative approach to sales
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and influence decision-making at C-level
  • Confident communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills
