Role Overview

You’ll take ownership of new business sales across the UK SMB and mid‐market space, focusing on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Business Central. This is a high‐growth environment where you’ll manage a diverse pipeline, work closely with technical teams, and play a key role in shaping solution propositions.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Selling Dynamics 365 CE and Business Central solutions into SMB and mid‐market organisations
  • Managing a pipeline that includes both rapid‐turnaround deals and larger programmes (typical deal size ~£400k)
  • Building strong, trust‐based relationships with prospects, partners, and internal teams
  • Leading the full sales cycle: discovery, scoping, proposals, demos, commercials, and closing
  • Working with pre‐sales and technical specialists to craft compelling solution offerings
  • Driving revenue through inbound opportunities, partner channels, and your own network
  • Representing the business at industry events, webinars, and community forums

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record selling Dynamics 365 CE and/or Business Central within a Microsoft partner environment
  • Confidence handling both smaller deals and larger transformation programmes
  • A proactive, commercially driven mindset with strong hunting instincts
  • Solid understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, licensing, and value proposition
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non‐technical stakeholders
  • A consultative, relationship‐led sales approach
  • Someone who enjoys the pace and variety of the SMB market
