Edinburgh - Hybrid (2 days a week/project phrase dependent)

• Develop and extend D365 CE functionality across Sales, Service, and custom modules
• Collaborate with a forward-thinking team that values shared learning and technical excellence
• Contribute to high-impact digital transformation projects within secure environments
• Play a key role in shaping scalable, maintainable, and best-practice CRM solutions

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy custom plugins, workflows, and integrations for D365 CE
• Work closely with functional consultants, architects, and stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions
• Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and technical design sessions
• Ensure solutions meet security, performance, and compliance standards

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience developing with Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, or Field Service)
• Strong C#, .NET, JavaScript, Power Platform, and Azure integration skills
• Familiarity with DevOps tooling and agile delivery practices
• Eligible for UK security clearance (essential for public sector project work)
