• Design and build automations using Power Automate to reduce manual work and increase efficiency.

• Develop and extend solutions using Power Platform tools, including Power Apps where appropriate.

• Build and maintain integrations between core systems and third‐party platforms, ensuring accurate and consistent data flow.

• Troubleshoot and resolve system or integration issues, proactively monitoring performance and addressing root causes.

• Create bespoke web tools, dashboards, calculators, and reporting resources that add practical value for internal teams.

• Participate in sprint‐based delivery cycles, contributing to planning, refinement, and retrospectives while taking ownership of assigned tasks.

• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate needs into technical specifications, and document solutions clearly.

• Maintain system documentation and knowledge resources to support adoption and knowledge sharing.

• Support integration work during acquisitions, including data migration and system alignment.

Experience & Skills

• Hands‐on experience configuring and customising Microsoft Dynamics 365.

• Strong capability with Power Platform tools, especially Power Automate (Power Apps experience beneficial).

• Experience building and maintaining system integrations.

• Solid understanding of data structures, system logic, and workflow design.

• Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.

• Experience working within an agile or sprint‐based delivery model is advantageous.

• Growth — maintaining curiosity, embracing learning, and developing personally and professionally.

• Simplicity — finding clear, effective solutions and communicating in a way that lands with the audience.

• Excellence — working to high standards with strong attention to detail.
