Key Responsibilities* Analyse business needs and translate them into clear, actionable functional requirements.* Support the design, configuration, and implementation of Dynamics 365 CE solutions.* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.* Contribute to agile project environments, participating in planning, reviews, and continuous improvement.* Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and clarity.

Skills & Experience* Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, including core modules and capabilities.* Proven background in business analysis and functional consulting.* Experience working within agile project methodologies.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships.* Adaptability and strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
