This is a fantastic opportunity to work across D365 CE and Power Platform, collaborating with enterprise clients to design, configure and deliver business-critical CRM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering sessions and translate them into functional and technical designs.
• Configure and customise Dynamics 365 CE to meet client-specific business requirements.
• Deliver end-to-end solutions across one or more core modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing/Customer Insights).
• Support Power Platform integrations (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to enhance solution functionality.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant within a Microsoft Partner or large enterprise environment.
• Strong customisations and configurations expertise within D365 CE.
• Good understanding of Power Platform capabilities and how they enhance Dynamics solutions
• Excellent communication skills, with ability to manage stakeholders and gather requirement effectively.
