Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant - London

Join a leading global MS Partner working on various D365 CE & Power Platform projects, this role offers plenty of variation, exposure to multiple sectors, and the chance to work alongside some of the industry's best Dynamics talent.

Role & Responsibilities

• Contribute to business discussions with clients for project discovery and business process mapping.
• Dynamics 365 CE customisations and configurations.
• Work within Agile team to develop system designs to meet user requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for data integration and migration activities

Skills & Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Dynamics CRM platform
• Experience leading discussions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with one (or more) of core modules - Sales, Customer Service, Field Service etc.
• Ability to write, clear user stories.
