Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the functional design, implementation, and optimisation of Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Service, Marketing) solutions.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating requirements into effective CRM solutions.
- Oversee system configuration, user adoption, and ongoing enhancements to ensure maximum business value.
- Champion best practices, process improvements, and user training across the organisation.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver integrations and upgrades.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience leading D365 CE projects from a functional perspective, ideally within an end user setting.
- Deep understanding of D365 CE modules and the Power Platform.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and process mapping.
