The Role

We're seeking a talented D365 CE Support Analyst to join our expert team. You'll play a key role in supporting and enhancing their Dynamics 365 CE environment, working across a variety of industries and projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support for D365 CE solutions
  • Develop and customise Dynamics 365 CE
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM)
  • Strong understanding of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable

  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-200, MB-910/920)
  • Familiarity with Azure services and DevOps pipelines
