D365 CRM Support Analyst (FTC) London (Hybrid)
We are partnering with a prominent D365 CE end user in London who are looking to add a talented D365 CRM Support Analyst to their technology function on a fixed-term basis, with the possibility of becoming permanent. This hands-on role focuses on supporting a CRM platform, managing secure environments, and ensuring smooth deployment processes. You'll work closely with technical teams and stakeholders to maintain a stable, well-governed CRM landscape across multiple environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver technical and functional support for the organisation's CRM system, assisting users and resolving platform issues
- Oversee CRM environments, including configuration updates, maintenance tasks, and environment health
- Contribute to deployment processes by supporting automated pipelines, solution changes, and release activities
- Maintain strong access controls and security practices across all CRM environments
- Monitor system performance, investigate incidents, and drive timely resolutions
Skills & Experience
- Background in supporting CRM applications, ideally with experience in platforms such as Dynamics 365 or similar
- Understanding of security principles, user access management, and environment governance
- Experience working with deployment or automation tools used in application lifecycle management
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues across integrations, customisation's, and system performance
- Strong documentation, communication, and analytical skills
