Nigel Frank International are partnered with an established D365 CRM end user who are expanding their Business Applications team and looking for a Dynamics 365 CRM Executive to make complex systems, user-friendly and to champion user adoption.
Responsibilities -
- Building strong relationships with teams across the business, helping them get the most out of the CRM and driving confident, consistent usage
- Acting as a first point of contact for queries, support issues, and superuser escalations, ensuring tickets are handled smoothly and communication stays clear
- Creating and refining dashboards, views, and other CRM components that help users access the information they need
- Producing high‐quality documentation — from user guides to knowledge‐base articles — and keeping our CRM SharePoint space organised and up to date
- Delivering training sessions for new starters and existing users, including refresher workshops, drop‐in clinics, and informal learning sessions
- Spotting system gaps, recurring issues, and enhancement opportunities, and ensuring they’re raised with the right teams
- Identifying patterns in user feedback and helping shape internal communications, superuser agendas, and CRM updates
Experience/Skills -
- Hands‐on CRM experience (Dynamics 365 is ideal, but strong CRM knowledge is essential)
- A systems‐minded approach — someone who naturally sees how processes, data, and user behaviour connect
- The ability to translate user feedback into clear, structured insights for technical and non‐technical stakeholders
- A strong personal drive, demonstrated through:
