Job Title: Functional Consultant

Role Purpose

This role bridges business needs with technical solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365. You will gather requirements, design functional solutions, and work closely with architects and developers to deliver scalable, high-quality applications that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements through workshops and stakeholder engagement
• Translate requirements into clear functional designs
• Design solutions using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse
• Configure and build Power Platform components to meet business needs
• Act as the link between business users and technical teams
• Support delivery across the full project lifecycle (design, build, testing, UAT, go-live)
• Promote best practices, governance, and reusable solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery

Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service)
• Good knowledge of Power Platform capabilities and best practices
• Experience with Dataverse (data models, security, environments)
• Understanding of integrations, plugins, and Azure components
• Ability to design scalable, efficient, and user-focused solutions
• Experience working in Agile environments and using DevOps pipelines
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
