D365FO BA - Hybrid - £70K

We are working with a leading Microsoft Partner who are expanding their D365FO practice and are now seeking an experienced D365FO Business Analyst to support the design and delivery of enterprise ERP solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth consultancy at a pivotal stage, working on complex Finance and Operations transformation programmes across multiple industries. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring robust requirements definition, user adoption, and measurable business value from D365FO implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with stakeholders across Finance, Sales, IT, and external implementation partners to gather, document, and analyse business requirements for D365FO solutions.
  • Work closely with project managers, solution architects, and developers to design and implement effective end-to-end business processes that drive efficiency and value.
  • Support and drive change management activities, including user training, development of user manuals, and encouraging adoption through champion networks and communications.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to optimise the use of D365FO and related systems.
  • Perform business process mapping, gap analysis, and identify areas where automation and digital transformation can enhance performance.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings (remote and on-site) to validate requirements and align on delivery objectives.
  • Collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment, adapting to changing priorities and client needs.
  • Operate successfully within a hybrid working model, balancing remote delivery with on-site engagement where required.

Required & Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within ERP or D365 environments.
  • Strong background in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, with exposure to Finance, Supply Chain, or CE modules highly desirable.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, with hands-on use of Azure DevOps or Jira for managing requirements and user stories.
  • Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and/or Power BI for reporting and data insights is beneficial.
  • Industry experience within engineering, manufacturing, or technology sectors is preferred.
  • Proven ability to support user adoption, training, documentation, and stakeholder engagement throughout ERP change programmes.
