Director Of AI - London (Hybrid) - £120K + Bonus

Nigel Frank are working with a leading Microsoft-focused consultancy looking to hire a Director of AI & Data to lead and grow their AI capability. This is a senior leadership role responsible for defining AI strategy, leading delivery teams, and driving innovative solutions across the Microsoft AI ecosystem.

This position is suited to an experienced AI leader who can engage senior stakeholders and deliver enterprise-scale AI transformation initiatives using technologies such as Microsoft Azure AI, Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Microsoft Power Platform.

Your Role & Responsibilities

* Define and lead the organisation's AI strategy and roadmap

* Lead teams delivering end-to-end AI solutions using the Microsoft AI stack

* Act as a trusted advisor to clients on AI adoption, governance, and transformation

* Support pre-sales activities including proposals, workshops, and solution design

* Maintain strong relationships within the Microsoft partner ecosystem

Key Experience & Skills

* Strong knowledge of the Microsoft AI ecosystem including: Microsoft Azure AI, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Microsoft Dynamics 365 AI capabilities, Microsoft Fabric, and Microsoft Power Platform

* Experience delivering machine learning solutions across the full lifecycle

* Background in enterprise architecture, data governance, and responsible AI

* Experience leading technical teams within consulting or Microsoft partner environments

* Strong client-facing and stakeholder engagement skills
