Dynamics 365 CE Product Owner - London (Hybrid) - c£55K

An established, purpose-driven organisation is looking to appoint a Dynamics 365 CE Product Owner to play a key role in a large-scale CRM and data transformation programme.

This is a key role within the programme, sitting between the business and delivery teams. You'll act as the bridge between stakeholders and the implementation partner, helping shape the product, drive discovery, and ensure successful delivery across Dynamics 365 CE and the wider data platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Product Owner for Dynamics 365 CE, driving delivery across Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Insights.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate these into clear product backlogs and priorities.
• Collaborate with the implementation partner to guide delivery and ensure business outcomes are met.
• Play a key role in the discovery phase, helping shape the roadmap and solution design.
• Manage competing priorities and stakeholder expectations across a complex programme.

Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with Dynamics 365 CE.
• Proven background operating as an Agile Product Owner (not purely Product Manager).
• Experience working with third-party delivery partners.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to operate within large-scale transformation programmes.
