We are supporting a client in securing a technically strong Dynamics 365 CE Support Analyst to take ownership of their CRM platform and ensure it operates reliably, securely, and efficiently. Role Overview

The Dynamics 365 CE Support Analyst will be responsible for maintaining the stability, performance, and security of the organisation’s CE environments. You’ll work closely with development, DevOps, security, and business teams to ensure smooth deployments, consistent governance, and a high‐quality user experience across all CRM functions.

This is a key role for someone who can combine technical capability with structured problem‐solving and clear communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide confident day‐to‐day technical and functional support for Dynamics 365 CE
  • Manage and maintain all CE environments (Development, Test, UAT, Production)
  • Ensure configuration changes and deployments are delivered accurately and consistently
  • Support CI/CD processes for customisations, integrations, and release cycles
  • Uphold strong security practices, including access control, data protection, and patching
  • Monitor system performance, respond to incidents, and resolve issues efficiently
  • Collaborate with DevOps and security teams to maintain secure, automated deployment pipelines
  • Produce clear documentation covering environments, release processes, and security configurations
  • Assist with release management, version control, and structured testing activities

About You

  • Proven experience supporting and maintaining Dynamics 365 CE
  • Strong understanding of application security, identity management, and environment governance
  • Experience with CI/CD tooling (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)
  • Confident troubleshooting complex CRM issues, integrations, and performance‐related challenges
  • Comfortable working within cloud‐based environments and following configuration management principles
  • Awareness of data governance and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO27001)
  • Excellent communication skills and a methodical approach to problem‐solving
