Job Title: Dynamics Solutions Architect - Microsoft Technology Services

Overview: We are working with a leading professional services firm seeking a Dynamics Solutions Architect to help clients transform their business capabilities using Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile CRM and enterprise transformation projects across diverse industries, delivering measurable impact and shaping the future of clients' technology strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
-  Lead discovery workshops to understand client goals, challenges, and requirements across CRM, data, integration, and compliance domains. 
-  Design technical solutions and advise on enterprise CRM roadmaps to maximise business value. 
-  Oversee and guide the delivery of Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring high quality and alignment with client needs. 
-  Contribute to thought leadership, proposals, and innovation initiatives in the Dynamics space. 
-  Collaborate with diverse teams, fostering an inclusive culture where contributions are recognised and valued. 
Required Experience and Skills:
-  Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, with experience delivering solutions in a business context. 
-  Knowledge of the wider Microsoft ecosystem including Azure, Power Platform, M365, and Active Directory. 
-  Advanced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM functional certification (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate). 
-  Experience leading workshops, defining system strategy, testing, training, and supporting implementations. 
-  Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 
-  Experience contributing to RFPs and business development activities. 
-  Previous experience as a Technical Consultant or Architect within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM. 
Desirable Experience:
-  Industry experience in Public Sector, Financial Services, Energy, Consumer Goods, Retail, Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Telecoms, Media, or Technology. 
-  Familiarity with Microsoft AI capabilities such as Dynamics 365 Copilot, Nuance, or OpenAI Service Builder. 
-  Experience in Field Service, HR, Finance & Operations, or equivalent. 
-  Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology, process mapping, and end-user training material development.
