Dynamics 365 CRM Solutions Architect
We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Solutions Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in translating business requirements into scalable, high-quality technical solutions while providing architectural leadership across CRM projects.
This role requires strong technical expertise in Dynamics 365, a deep understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, and the ability to work closely with stakeholders, delivery teams, and senior leadership to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities-
Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.

Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs aligned with best practices.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to developers, consultants, and project teams.

Design integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems using tools such as Azure services, APIs, and middleware.

Ensure solutions follow Microsoft best practices, security standards, and governance frameworks.

Oversee solution architecture documentation, including technical specifications and design diagrams.

Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and business analysts to define solution roadmaps.

Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and quality assurance processes.

Support pre-sales activities including solution design, estimates, and technical proposals.

Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft technologies and Dynamics 365 capabilities.

Extensive experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement solutions.

Strong knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

Experience designing integrations using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and REST APIs.

Solid understanding of Dataverse architecture and data modelling.

Experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Dynamics 365 customisation and configuration.

Proven experience working in Solution Architect or Technical Architect roles.

Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and cloud solutions.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Field Service modules.

Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and ALM for Power Platform.

Up to 85-90k depending on experience.
