Join an established UK-based MS Partner working on various exciting Dynamics & Power Platform projects!

Exciting opportunity for a Functional Consultant with experience and skills in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM implementation, to work with the delivery team at my exceptional MS Partner client.

You'll play a crucial in assisting the clients to optimise their operational processes and accomplish their goals by utilising Microsoft Dynamics 365.

This flexible, hybrid role requires the successful applicant to work on a remote basis with occasional travel to office in Newcastle-Upon-Tyne (likely to be no more than once a month).

Role and Responsibilities

  • Collaborating closely with clients to understand their needs and requirements, and then transforming them into effective user stories
  • Managing the implementation of modules
  • Providing 3rd line support to users
  • Working closely with other team members and providing mentoring to a Junior Functional Consultant

Skills and Qualifications

  • End-to-end Dynamics CRM/ D365 CE experience in the functional implementation of the projects (either with end customer(s) or partner(s).
  • Advanced understanding of one or more core modules, including sales, marketing, field service, customer service.
  • Analytic and Cooperative approach, demonstrating the ability to work effectively within a team or independently.
  • Full project life-cycle expertise.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in order to provide a confident approach to customer interactions and stakeholder management.
