ERP Project Support Coordinator - Dynamics 365

The Opportunity

My client is a well-established, multi-national organisation, embarking on a large-scale Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP transformation programme across its global operations.

They are now seeking a Project Coordinator to join their programme team; playing a vital role in supporting the successful delivery of this complex, multi-site roll out.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to a high-profile international transformation programme, and grow project coordination/ support experience a like minded, knowledgeable team.

This role is initially a 6 month fixed term engagement, with strong prospects for a long-term, permanent position. My client offers a hybrid working model, with the expectation of 3 days a week working from their Central London base.

Key Responsibilities

As Project Coordinator, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth administration and coordination of project activities across multiple global locations:

  • Coordinate and support end-to-end project delivery across key milestones
  • Organise and facilitate project meetings, including steering committees and workstreams
  • Maintain and enforce project governance standards and documentation
  • Track project plans, timelines, and dependencies across global sites
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on deliverables and milestones
  • Conduct regular risk assessments, identifying issues and implementing corrective actions
  • Support reporting, including status updates and progress tracking
  • Ensure clear communication and coordination between cross-functional teams
Key Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in a Project Coordinator / PMO / Project Support role
  • Experience ofERP implementations (ideally Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar)
  • Strong understanding of project governance and lifecycle methodologies
  • Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across complex, global projects
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proactive approach with strong problem-solving capabilities
