Job Description - Head of Microsoft Business Application Sales (Remote, UK-Based)

Lead the growth of Dynamics 365 Business Applications with one of the UK's top Microsoft Cloud Solution Partners. This is a senior leadership role, ideal for a strategic sales professional passionate about Microsoft technology and team performance.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Dynamics 365 Business Applications sales team.

  • Develop and execute growth-focused sales strategies.

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

  • Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

  • Set, monitor, and exceed sales targets using data-driven insights.

  • Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and delivery teams for end-to-end customer success.

  • Oversee proposal creation, including RFP/RFI responses and sales collateral.

  • Provide thought leadership through content contributions and event participation.

  • Stay current with industry trends, competitor offerings, and Microsoft innovations.

  • Foster continuous learning and development across the sales team.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven success in a sales leadership role, particularly within Dynamics 365.

  • Deep knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem and Dynamics 365 business applications.

  • Strong leadership and team management experience.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Client-first mindset with a consultative approach to sales.

  • Analytical and data-driven with strong problem-solving ability.

  • Skilled in contract negotiation and managing executive-level relationships.

  • Collaborative working style across departments and disciplines.
