Project Manager (Microsoft)– SaaS Delivery

Our client, a leading technology provider, is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of client-facing software delivery projects across the UKI. This is a strategic opportunity for a project management professional who excels at managing SaaS implementations, stakeholder relationships, and end-to-end delivery.

Based in Dublin, this role offers a hybrid working model with occasional travel to client sites in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Delivery: Lead the full project lifecycle for both new SaaS implementations and existing client engagements, ensuring timely and successful outcomes.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong communication across all project phases.
• Delivery Cadence: Establish and maintain project schedules, lead regular stand-ups, and ensure delivery against milestones.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks, escalating issues as required.
• Team Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams—including Product, Development, and Support—to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
• Budget Oversight: Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure projects remain within scope and on target.

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in delivering software or SaaS projects in a client-facing environment.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel to the UK as needed for key client meetings and milestones.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience). PMP or PRINCE2 certification is advantageous.
